SPECIAL REQUEST
Please get a subscription membership
Regular crew are requested to get themselves at least the £60 basic level of subscription membership. Thank if you already have one!
It's a small contribution to make to something we all love. We need to ask because we have high crew numbers in relation to ticket sales. We want to accommodate all the wonderful crew who've contributed so much over the years but at the moment the balance is way out. We either shed half the crew or ask you all to contribute something to help us keep the show on the road.
Please use the bars!
We've always been very relaxed about people bringing a few campsite supplies with them but last year the bars weren't getting nearly enough business. Unlike EVERY other festival we don't prevent people from bringing drinks or confiscate bottles at the gate. We'd like not to have to do that but there needs to be a fair use understanding between us. A few bottles is fine but a full bar to run all weekend at your campsite is really not. Our new bar company are providing a terrific service, with a great crew and fairly priced drinks.
Were making an appeal to your better nature and sense of fairness to help us with this.
IMPORTANT
CREW CAR PARKING - NEW!!
We've totally had enough of trying to coax people to move their cars to the car park after their timed parking card has expired. Most people move their cars when they should but there are always 30 or 40 each year who take the piss. So this year we're getting mediaeval on the offenders arses - we'll immediately CLAMP any car that overstays the time on the parking card - or doesn't display the parking card. The release fee will be £250 and we won't make any exceptions. We REALLY REALLY don't want to clamp ANYONE at all - but enough is enough.
INSURANCE
All Crew need to have their own Public Liability & personal Insurance.
Traders & Caterers please make sure you've sent copies of your documents to Gigi
NO DOGS - NO EXCEPTIONS
We cannot accommodate your pets. Your darling pooch, however lovely, is a health hazard in a festival environment. If you turn up with one or you smuggle one in, you will be asked to leave.
RESPECT THE LAND
This is a site of 'special scientific interest', It's our responsibility to take care of it and not to do any damage
Please leave the park exactly as we find it.
Please also check the guest area page for general info that applies to everyone.

Make sure that once you are on site you don't need to leave until the end of the event or your specific job is over. If you absolutely must leave the site you will need to clear it with security at the gate. NB Tom the Shop will be on site from Wednesday to Monday selling essentials.
CREW CAMPING
WARNING!
If you camp under a tree it's ENTIRELY at your own risk.
CAMPING UNDER TREES IS DANGEROUS - DON'T DO IT
Many of the trees are very old and branches often fall off without warning. You could easily be killed if one lands on you.
This is impossible for us to monitor so if you still decide to camp under a tree in spite of our advice, leave at least a 3 meter gap from the trunk
Crew Camping Areas
Crew can camp anywhere in the Main Camping area or Crew Camping areas
If you want to camp with friends who are not crew please relocate to the Main Camping field to be together rather than overcrowd the Crew Camping Area.
CREW CAR PARKING - NEW!!
If you do not have an Essential Vehicle Pass, please move your vehicle to the car park as soon as you've dropped off your stuff. You will be given a timed temporary pass at reception that allows you 2 hours to do this.
Don't camp or park in the access lanes or pitch tents too close together in case the emergency services need access.
Essential Vehicle Passes can we obtained from the Site Office - We only issue them for REALLY essential vehicles
Crew Camper Vans
Crew live-in vehicles with a Crew Camper Van Pass (issued free at reception) will be allowed in the Crew camping area.
If you prefer camp in the Main Camping field, you need to buy a discounted CREW-MAIN-AREA-CAMPERVAN-PASS
(Once you've had confirmation of your Crew Ticket > login >go to Buy Tickets > pay for a Crew Campervan Pass).
If your camper is really big, please park at the edges of the field so you don't mess up everyone else's view. There is a preferred RV area marked.
Power for a few camper vans may be available if we have any spare but you’ll need to buy a Power Hookup Token from John Love.
WE DO NOT SUPPLY FREE POWER
Safety and total power load are carefully planned - your campsite wasn't included!
Expect to be challenged if you try to nick power from someone else's sockets
If - and only if - we have spare capacity you may be able to buy a 'Power Hookup Token' from the Power Distro team at £50 per 13a socket (ask John Love who will be on patrol in the suitable campsite areas).
CAMP FIRES
You may have a fire by your camp but you MUST use a FIRE DISH
Firewood for sale from CONWAY 07766 180318 you'll see him on a quad bike with a trailer full of wood
You may take fallen wood from the woods - but PLEASE don't steal wood from the farm
Don't leave any trace of ash, or singed grass, or digging
Leave the park exactly as you find it
FIRE SAFETY
Get out - Stay out - Alert Security, Site office or Paramedics.
Tent fires are extremely dangerous - and very fast
Stay calm - move quickly - get everyone out and clear from the area.
Ensure that tents, campers or caravans are kept at least 3 metres apart.
Bring the correct extinguishers (Wood/paper = water/Electrical = CO2) - and make sure they're up to date
If you use LPG, keep it separate and locked
If you have anything electrical make sure it's PAT tested
CREW BREW & CREW MEALS
CREW BREW - NEW!!
All crew catering now comes from just one place. There will be a NEW marquee with seating dining in the same position as the old crew brew caravan: No.38 on the Site Plan
Everyone with a CREW WRISTBAND can buy good food CHEAPLY from CREW BREW at specified meal times:
Breakfast 08:00-10:00 Lunch 12:00-14:00 and Dinner: 17:00-19:00
Tea, coffee & biscuits will be available all day.
CREW KIDS
Any under 18 year olds must be accompanied by their own parent or court appointed guardian or they will not be allowed on site.
At least one of the parents must also be properly registered on the House of Honey website where they can register their children in their records and buy them a kids crew ticket at £30 per child or £50 for teens. Failure to do this will mean they will be paying full kids price at the gate. Please make sure that children are registered with their tickets paid for by 1st July.
We do this to make sure that we have details of everyone attending on our system - and so that we can provide enough facilities
(under 3s come free – just register them at reception when you arrive)
The well-being of kids on site is an absolute priority - it's up to all of us to keep our eyes open and get involved if you see a child looking vulnerable or lost.

Site Inspection
On Thursday July 9th 10am we will have a site inspection. This will include Health & Safety checks. Please ensure that any visible electrics have current PAT test certification, and that gas bottles are properly stored (they should be separate and locked) and fire extinguishers are up to date. Any food prep areas must have suitable floor covering - even if that's just a secure tarpaulin. They may also ask to see your documentation.
NB. The local authority have been very helpful & supportive. If any suggestions are given listen carefully and assure them that any necessary changes will be made ASAP. Never contradict them - take notes, smile & nod treat their advice as education!.
If no one comes to inspect your area by 11:00 then assume the inspectors have left
Attendance
We will have approx 1500 Givers onsite.
Music at your Camp or Pitch?
Please work with us - if we get it wrong we could lose our licence
Unless you have an agreement with us music must be at background levels in your location (ask Danny from production if in doubt).
