PLEASE USE THE BARS!
We've always been very relaxed about people bringing a few campsite supplies with them but last year the bars weren't getting nearly enough business. Unlike EVERY other festival we don't prevent people from bringing drinks or confiscate bottles at the gate. We'd like not to have to do that but there needs to be a FAIR USE understanding between us. A few bottles is fine but a full bar, to run all weekend at your campsite, is really not. Our new bar company are providing a terrific service, with a great crew and fairly priced drinks. PLEASE USE THEM AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!
We're making an appeal to your better nature and sense of fairness to help us with this.
We'll see how it goes this year; If everyone gets on board then we can continue to be relatively relaxed in the future.

BRING ID
We don't issue physical tickets and you don't need to print out any Emails, your completed ticket purchase will be on our system under your House of Honey profile.
JUST BRING ID to show at reception so we know it's really you
NO DOGS - NO EXCEPTIONS
We cannot accommodate your pets. Your darling pooch, however lovely, is a health hazard in a festival environment. If you turn up with one or you smuggle one in, you will be asked to leave (and you won't be entitled to a refund)
Reception & Gate Times
Thursday: 10:00-22:00
Friday: 10:00-22:00
Saturday: 10:00-17:00 then 18:00-22:00

Sunday: Reception closed - but security will be on the gate
All guests must be off site by 12:00 on Monday at the latest

NO DRIVING ON SITE AFTER DARK
What if you're late?
If some disaster makes you a bit late we will still be able to let you through the gate but it'll be a hassle.
Security will check online that you have a ticket and issue a wristband.
You'll then need to park just inside the gate and camp there for the night.

WARNING!
CAMPING UNDER TREES IS DANGEROUS - DON'T DO IT
Many of the trees are very old and branches often fall off without warning. You could easily be killed if one lands on you. This is impossible for us to monitor so if you still decide to camp under a tree in spite of our advice, leave at least a 3 meter gap from the trunk and understand that it's ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK
CARS & CAMPERS
Never drive at more than 5mph
Park in the new Car Park as you enter the new main camping field and walk your gear to your campsite
Everything is within 5 minutes walk.
Car Park is Free
Live-in vehicles with a Camper Van Pass will be allowed in the Main Camping field and may camp alongside mates in tents
If your camper is really big please park in marked RV area or at the edges of the field so you don't mess up everyone else's view
There is a preferred LARGE RV area marked close to the fence at the bottom of the field - close to the loo & shower trailers.

Tent Pitches are Free
Don't camp or park campers in the access lanes or pitch tents too close together in case the emergency services need access.
Do not drive on the campsite at all after dark
KIDS
No under 18s this year
We hope to able to revisit this for 2027.
We had some safeguarding and duty of care issues last year that we need to be sure we've sorted out.
SOUND POLICY
Be Respectful - Be Tolerant
Campsite noise curfew between 01:00 am & 10:00 am
No extra sound systems without express permission from the organisers
Be respectful of other guests & sensitive to local residents
Be tolerant of other people having fun
No noise on Sunday night
CAMP FIRES
DO NOT DAMAGE THE GRASS
You may have a fire by your camp but you MUST use a FIRE DISH
Firewood for sale from CONWAY 07766 180318 you'll see him on a quad bike with a trailer full of wood
You may take fallen wood from the woods - but PLEASE don't steal wood from the farm
Don't leave any trace of ash, or singed grass, or digging
Leave the park exactly as you find it
TREEHOUSE & TREES
We take no responsibility for people climbing in trees or frolicking in the Treehouses.
If you choose to do so it's
ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK
Be aware that ancient trees are fragile and could drop a branch at ANY TIME
Be careful not harm the trees in any way

Stay calm - move quickly - get everyone out and clear from the area.
Ensure that tents, campers or caravans are kept at least 3 metres apart.
Extinguishers are located by the ambulance, at the traders & caterers stalls and at the Site Office.
Tent fires are very fast and extremely dangerous
SECURITY
Simon and his team are there to keep us safe.
They are acting on our instructions; please listen to them and respect their requests or guidance.
Please contact security if you have any problems or see anything wrong.
Take care of your stuff and make sure you lock valuables safely away.
FIRST AID
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN WELL BEING.
Watch out for guy ropes & tent pegs - these are always the main problems
The first aid tent is next to the kids area at the entrance to the Main Camping field
DRUGS & ALCOHOL
IMPORTANT!
We don't tolerate illegal substances or the consumption of excess alcohol, this includes Balloons which will be confiscated if we see or hear them.
Please drink responsibly and don't leave anything toxic lying around
This is a LICENSED EVENT
Members of the local authority have the right to be on site & mingle with the guests if they choose to.

SAUNA
Bring a swimming costume
The SPA & Sauna are sited on the banks of the lake.
If you've paid for a weekend SPA pass in advance then your name will be on a list at Heatwave Sauna reception. Once you've identified yourself, they'll give you a SPA wristband.
You can also buy a weekend or day SPA pass directly from them.
SWIMMING
IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK
We can't prevent people from having a dip in the lake or the river, however, we don't support swimming or monitor it.

'LOST PROPERLY'
The Lost Property tent is in a new location - see the site plan.
Details will be written in a book with the finder's mobile number.
We're really proud of how much gets handed in and how often we manage to find the owner.
Please don't go scavenging from lost property - however 'lost' something looks the owner will be very happy if we're able to re-unite them with their stuff.
