Chill-Out Pyjama Party: Sunday - think of it as the new Monday - except you don't have to leave

NB: Sunday this year will be totally different

The closing DJ set will be on Saturday night in the Main Marquee. Sunday is a chill-out day (traders & caterers will be still be open). The Treehouse Bar will be open, with down tempo chill-out vibes to take us through Sunday afternoon. The Treehouse will also be the location for an evening Pyjama Party and a new poem from Ant the Rant.

Reception & Gate Times

Thursday: 10:00 - 22:00

Friday: 10:00 - 22:00

Saturday: 10:00 - 22:00

Sunday: Reception closed - but security will be on the gate

All guests must be off site by 12:00 on Monday at the latest

THE GATE CLOSES AT 10PM

NO DRIVING ON SITE AFTER DARK

If some disaster makes you a bit late we will still be able to let you through the gate but it'll be a hassle.

Security will check online that you have a ticket and issue a wristband.

You'll then need to park just inside the gate and camp there for the night.

NO RE-ADMISSION except in emergency

Once you're on site

GEAR DROP OFF

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU CAN NO LONGER DRIVE TO A CAMPING SPOT TO DROP OF YOUR GEAR unless you are crew or an Insider/Nirvana member

DON'T PANIC - Camping spots are within a few meters of the car park and nowhere is more than 100 meters.

The Car Park is immediately adjacent to the camping field

NO READMISSION

Make sure that once you're on site you don't need to leave until the end of the event. Bring everything you might need with you including food. There will be a good range of catering available for the duration of the party.

There will be also be Supermarket on site Weds-Mon selling:

  • Cigarettes/Tobacco
  • Soft Drinks / Mixers & ice
  • Basic Grocery
  • Device and portable power
  • Toiletries, Medicines
  • Snack foods / confectionery
  • Camping equipment

CAMPING - NEW AREAS!

  • Guests: turn left at reception - park and camp in the main camping area
  • Insider/Nirvana members: camp either in the main camping area or the crew area (including your camper van if you have a pass)- but not the CREW ONLY area
  • Crew: can camp anywhere in the main camping area or the crew areas

Don't camp or park in the access lanes or pitch tents too close together in case the emergency services need access.

CAMPING UNDER TREES IS DANGEROUS

Many of the trees are very old and branches often fall off without warning. You could easily be killed if one lands on you. If you still decide to camp under a tree leave at least a 3 meter gap from the trunk and understand that it's ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

CARS & CAMPERS - NEW GUIDELINES

Cars no longer need to drive onto the main campsite to drop of equipment

Park in the new Car Park as you enter the new main camping field and walk your gear to your campsite - nowhere is more than 100m away!

Never drive at more than 5mph - that includes crew

Live-in vehicles with a Camper Van Pass will be allowed in the Main Camping field and may camp alongside mates in tents - If your camper is really big please park at the edges of the field so you don't mess up everyone elses view

Do not drive on the campsite at all after dark

MAIN MARQUEE AND BAR TIMES

  • Thursday: 12:00 - 02:00
  • Friday: 12:00 - 02:00
  • Saturday: 12:00 - 02:00
  • Sunday: 12:00 - 22:00

SOUND POLICY

  • Campsite noise curfew between 11pm & 10am
  • No extra sound systems without express permission from the organisers
  • Be respectful of other guests & sensitive to local residents
  • Be tolerant of other people having fun
  • No noise on Sunday night

KIDS

Parents or legal guardians need to complete an under 18's registration form at reception. You'll be issued with a blank wristband for your under 18 year old on which you must write your own mobile number

CASH & Credit Cards

You can use credit cards at the MAIN BAR and Holistic area - Many traders and caterers will also have card readers but as there are no ATM machines make sure you bring a bit of old fashioned cash

CAMP FIRES

  • You may have a fire by your camp but you MUST use a FIRE DISH
  • Firewood will be available for sale from the site office
  • You may take fallen wood from the woods - but PLEASE don't steal wood from the farm
  • Don't leave any trace of ash, or singed grass, or digging
  • Leave the park exactly as you find it

TREEHOUSE & TREES

WE TAKE ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY for people climbing in trees or frolicking in the Treehouses. If you want to chance it, it's entirely at your own risk

RECYCLING & RUBBISH

  • TAKE HOME YOUR TRASH - we don't want it
  • Don't drop any litter or fag butts or ring-pulls
  • Food waste in marked bins
  • Glass in glass bins
  • Recyclables in marked bins and Skips
  • Respect Stanford's Sustainability Charter - copies are posted on the skips

Please leave the campsite cleaner than you found it

FIRE SAFETY

  • Tent fires are extremely dangerous - and very fast
  • Get out - Stay out - Alert Security, Site office or Paramedics.
  • Stay calm - move quickly - get everyone out and clear from the area.
  • Ensure that tents, campers or caravans are kept at least 3 metres apart.
  • Extinguishers are located by the ambulance, at the traders & caterers stalls and at the Site Office.

SECURITY

Simon and his team are there to keep us safe. They are acting on our instructions - please listen to them and respect their requests or guidance. Please contact them if you have any problems or see anything wrong. Take care of your stuff and make sure you lock valuables safely away.

FIRST AID

An ambulance will be on site. Watch out for guy ropes & tent pegs - these are always the main problems
Remember: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for your own well being.

'HOORAY FOR HOMEOPATHY' is sited next to the paramedic first aid

DRUGS & ALCOHOL

BE DISCRETE

Obviously - we don't tolerate illegal substances or the consumption of excess alcohol
THIS INCLUDES BALLOONS - which will be confiscated if we see or hear them.

Whatever you're up to - don't do it in view of others.

Your example has an effect on impressionable youngsters and vulnerable adults.

Please drink responsibly and don't leave ANYTHING AT ALL lying around - this is especially important with kids and teenagers around

This is a LICENSED EVENT and members of the local authority may be on site.

SAUNA

The SPA & Sauna are sited on the banks of the lake. Bring a swimming costume

SWIMMING

Swimming in the lake or river is ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK

As far as we're concerned we don't support it, so we don't monitor it.

LOST PROPERLY

The LOST PROPERTY tent is near the site office. we're really proud of how much gets handed in and how often we manage to find the owner. Details will be written in a book with the finders mobile number

Please don't go scavenging from lost property - however 'lost' something looks the owner will be very happy if we're able to re-unite them with their stuff

DING DING!

WELFARE TENT: If what you really need is someone understanding to wrap you in a blanket and sit with you while you collect your thoughts, look for the Welfare Tent next to Lost Property

STRAW BALES

Please leave them where we put them.

PETS

ARE NOT ALLOWED - you may see a couple of dogs belonging to the Estate scampering about but these are the only exception

LOOK AFTER YOURSELF

Please be sensitive to the balance between having a great party and looking after your well being.
