Introduced to dance music by his older sister - already an established clubber on the acid house scene - in 1988
Started collecting vinyl from the underground shops in the Manchester. Realizing something unique was developing he started honing his djing skills playing the local warehouse scene in and around Blackburn then running his own small parties up until 1992/3. Moved to the North East in 1994 and started a night celebrating Detroit techno every Tuesday bringing star guests over from the States. Moved back to London in 1998 and found himself playing out alongside such luminaries as Richard Grey, Eddie Richards, Terry francis and Kleo, regularly playing some of London's finest underground nights: Save the Rhino, Kerfuffle, NW1, 333 and of course Kimberley and GIVE!
