Slug AKA the Funky Dubster

Music is integral to my very soul. It has nourished me for as long as I have memories - through good times and bad - it has the power to truly move me. The lyrics in my head and the beat in my veins form the soundtrack to my life and music (like food and smells) can transport me back to a specific time, place and emotion in an instant.

I'm into ALL kinds of music; different moods call for different vibes - but I'm particularly influenced by a funky riff, a ska backbone, a dubby echo and a relentless beat.

I've been mixing and DJing since the late 80's and can't see myself stopping; it's one of life's greatest pleasures, from chill out to tech house, I like to play stuff that moves my soul, makes me want to get down-and-dirty, enjoy a filthy grind - and hope it does the same for you.
